주된 목적 : 셔터를 구동시키기 위함
Main Purpose : Running Shutter
케이엠(주)의 메인 제품입니다.
주된 용도는 셔터를 구동시키는 것이고, 기타 다양한 용도로도 응용되어 사용되고 있습니다.
전동셔터 개폐기는 모터부, 감속부, 브레이크부, 컨트롤러부 그리고 위치제어가 가능한 리미트부로
구성되어 있습니다. 또한, 전원이 없을 시 수동으로 개폐할 수 있는 메뉴얼 체인이 함께 있습니다.
이렇게 구성된 전동셔터 개폐기는 브라켓에 취부되어 셔터의 샤프트를 회전시켜
셔터를 열고 닫을 수 있는 주된 기능을 합니다.
모델은 KEM 150 ~ KEM 2000 으로 다양한 크기의 셔터에 적용가능합니다.
The shutter operator is one of main products for KEM Co.,ltd.
The main application is to drive a shutter, and it is applied to various other uses.
The electric shutter operator is consist of Motor unit, Reducer unit, Brake unit and limit unit which is able to control the Top and Bottom position of shutter.
Also comes with a manual chain that can be opened and closed manually when there is no power supply.
The main function of electric shutter Operator that can open and close the shutter configured in this way is attached to the bracket and rotates the shutter shaft.
The models are KEM 150 to KEM 2000 and can be applied to shutters of various sizes.
연동제어기 및 폐쇄기
(Interlocking control(KEM 100) & Automatic closing device(KEM 200)
주된 목적 : 셔터 모터와 연결되어 방화셔터의 기능을 함
Main Purpose : Connected to the shutter motor to function as a fire shutter
연동제어기(KEM 100)와 폐쇄기(KEM 200)는 셔터개폐기와 연결되어 방화셔터의 기능을 하게 합니다. KEM 100은 모터와 KEM 200을 조작하고 비상시 소방측 입력을 받아 셔터를 자중하강 시키는 역할을 합니다. KEM 200은 KEM 100의 신호에 의해 모터의 브레이크를 기계적으로 해방시켜 셔터가 자중하강 할 수 있도록 합니다.
타사의 제품과 달리 넉넉한 트랜스포머 용량으로 모터와 제어기 부분의 전원이 없더라도
여러 대의 셔터를 자중하강 시키기 충분합니다.
The interlocking control(KEM 100) and the Automatic Closing device(KEM 200) are connected to the shutter opening / closing device to perform the function of fire protection shutter.
The KEM 100 operates the motor and the KEM 200 to receive the input from the fire department in an emergency and to lower the shutter by its own weight. KEM 200 can release the brake of the motor mechanically by the signal of KEM 100, and the shutter can descend by its own weight.
Unlike other company's products, It is enough to lower multiple shutters by their own weight because it has a large transformer capacity, even if there is no motor and controller power supply.
푸시버튼 및 리미트
(Push Button Switch & Limit Device)
주된목적 : 푸시버튼(셔터를 동작) & 리미트(상 하단 위치 고정)
Main Purpose : Push button(run the operator) & Limit (set the level of shutter)
푸시버튼스위치 : 상/정지/하 버튼을 이용해 전동개폐기를 동작시키는 역할을 합니다.
리미트 : 셔터의 최상측과 최하측의 위치를 정해주어 설정된 위치에 멈추도록 해주는 장치입니다.
Push Button Switch : It makes run shutter operator by using Up/Stop/Down button.
Limit Device : It can set levels of shutter, Top of shutter and Bottom of shutter.
It makes the shutter stop at set limit device location.

주된목적 : 롤러체인이 끊어질 경우 셔터의 급격한 하락을 방지하기 위한 장치
Main Purpose : Preventing falling shutter rapidly by broken chain.
브라켓트 B판에 취부되는 베어링 대신, 낙하방지 디스크 장치가 설치됩니다.
이 장치는 셔터 샤프트의 회전속도가 급격히 빨라지게 되면 샤프트를 기계적으로 정지시킵니다.
The Safety Disc is installed on B plate of Bracket instead of UC or UCF bearing.
This device depends on shutter shaft's speed. If Shaft's rotate speed is rapidly high, the disc stop the shaft mechanically.

KEM's S-series is run by Worm gear and suitable to ware house, garage, PVC door.
S-Series can be multi-Purpose product because the reducer type is Direct-shaft.
